Founder’s Vision
Suresh Seth, the driving force behind Sureset, has built a legacy of business acumen, strategic foresight, and entrepreneurial excellence. Born into a family of business owners, his journey began with an innate understanding of leadership and responsibility. After completing his education in commerce from Delhi University and Hotel Management from the esteemed Pusa Institute, he embarked on a dynamic career in hospitality, serving dignitaries such as the Prime Minister of India and the Queen of England.
His expertise extended beyond hospitality, as he successfully spearheaded RaghoRaj, one of Delhi’s most renowned retail businesses, before transitioning into real estate development. With an eye for precision and a commitment to quality, he has led large-scale commercial and residential projects, leasing spaces to industry giants such as Tata, Bata, and Naukri.com.
Today, his vision is deeply embedded in Sureset, ensuring that every project reflects the highest standards of integrity, innovation, and financial prudence.
Leadership
A dynamic entrepreneur, Ritu Grewal brings a wealth of experience across retail, travel, hospitality, and wellness. Starting her career managing RaghoRaj, her family’s renowned garments store, she later launched her own successful distribution company, Tinsel Joy. Her passion for travel led her to a role as Sales Manager at TUI, where she gained international exposure in luxury experiences.
Beyond business, Ritu is a certified yoga instructor, specializing in elderly care and holistic well-being. Currently, she is overseeing the development of a luxurious 40-room boutique property on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, ensuring world-class design and hospitality. As Director of Sureset Living & Hospitality, she leads the company’s hospitality operations, shaping elevated, guest-centric experiences with her refined expertise.

His career spans pivotal roles at ITC Hotels, where he rose to VP – Technical Operations, Projects, and EHS, and Intercontinental Hotels Group, where he led Technical Services for South West Asia, overseeing landmark projects across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
Murali specializes in project development, design & engineering, and project management, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. His advisory role encompasses forming high-caliber project teams, selecting world-class architects and consultants, and integrating sustainable design principles to elevate the project’s long-term value. His meticulous planning and industry foresight are instrumental in shaping Sureset’s Kufri estate into a benchmark for ultra-luxury mountain retreats.
Leadership
With over three decades of experience in architectural design and planning, Ar. Sushil Sharma is a distinguished name in luxury hospitality, institutional, and residential projects across Himachal Pradesh. As the Principal Architect of Sushil Sharma Associates, he has shaped landmark developments, from boutique resorts to large-scale institutional campuses, blending modernist sensibilities with regional influences.
Empanelled with Himachal Pradesh Tourism, PWD, and Town & Country Planning, his firm specializes in creating contextually responsive, aesthetically refined spaces. Notable projects include JW Marriott Shimla, Radisson Kufri, Tarika Jungle Retreat Chail, and Himalayan Circuit DPR for Himachal Tourism.
